Richard is an experienced Human Resource practitioner with over thirty years HR experience in the healthcare, airline, distribution and financial sectors both in the UK and Middle East.
Before establishing PRPi, Richard was Global Head of Human Resources for Baring Asset Management, and a member of the main board.
He previously held personnel positions in New Japan Securities, Gulf Air, Booker plc and British Airways. Richard, a graduate of The City University, London is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
He was a member of Fund Managers Association Standing Sub Committee on education and training from 1991-1998 and a member of IMRO (now FSA) Training and Competence Working Group in 1994.
He was Leader of the Remuneration Special Interest Group for the Central London branch of the CIPD from 2002-4 and Visiting Lecturer in Reward at the University of Westminster Business School 2003-4.
He is a regular contributor to the Financial Times on reward issues and a speaker at international conferences.
Rob is an Associate of PRPi and has twenty years HR experience having held senior roles in Compensation and Benefits and as a business partner. His experience within financial services has included positions in asset management and investment banking. Most recently, he was Global Head of Compensation and Benefits at Schroders where he managed the Remuneration Committee.
Rob has a Masters and undergraduate degrees from the London School of Economics. As well as his HR work he is also a trustee of Workaid, a charity in Amersham, and a school governor.
Lauren has a solid background in public relations and marketing. She began her career in the television industry, working in production with Viacom and MTV Networks and has spent the last two years developing her career in the marketing and public relations sectors. Just recently she completed a rigorous training program with GolinHarris, an award-winning PR firm located in Los Angeles, California. A member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Lauren holds a degree in Communication Studies, with an emphasis in Mass Communications from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Susy has 18 years experience in developing people and organisations. She was instrumental in designing and delivering the earliest industry-driven NVQ programs. She also has 10 years experience assisting with the development of blue chip firms in the city, both internally, in senior management positions, and externally, as a consultant. She is also a qualified Futures and Options representative and a Securities representative.
She has extensive experience in developing competence frameworks and designing and implementing competence-based assessment and development programmes.
A Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development, Susy holds post-graduate certificates in both Further Education and Training, and is currently completing her MSc in Strategic Human Resource Development.
Charles is the CTO for PRPi Consulting Limited with overall responsibility for the development of all the custom software used within the company. He has worked in enterprise software for around 15 years as a developer, architect and development manager. He is co-founder of IT consultancy firm Conissaunce Limited, where he remains a director, and is lead Java editor for InfoQ.com, for whom he writes and peer reviews technical articles on Java and related programming topics.
Before founding Conissaunce, Charles worked for two and a half years as a consultant with Candle's Application Infrastructure and Management group where he was part of the team that successfully delivered Alliance and Leicester's internet banking solution. Prior to this, Charles spent four years as a manager within the HR IT team of a major global investment bank. He delivered a range of internet, Peoplesoft and BusinessObjects solutions as well as developing a number of tools for data collection during the annual compensation round and monthly headcount surveys.
Kristiaana is the Head of Data Analysis for PRPi Consulting Limited, and is a co-founder and director of IT consultancy firm Conissaunce Limited. She is a management information specialist with over 12 years experience in her field. She designed the PRPi Consulting corporate database used by many of the survey products, and developed much of the data analysis code used within the applications. She has overall responsibility for data analysis at PRPi Consulting, and is heavily involved in the preparation of the PRPi Consulting survey products.
Before co-founding Conissaunce, Kristiaana worked for the UK's largest tour operator, where she was part of the team putting together a major corporate datawarehouse to modernise the company's yield management and management information capabilities. For the second phase of the project she was the test, code promotion and data migration lead. Prior to this Kristiaana worked in management information for the financial services division of a major global high street bank, including two years in a management role.
